About the Role

We are looking for a hardworking individual to join our team as a Labourer, with the opportunity to train and progress into a Roof Cleaning Technician.

No prior experience is required—we will provide full training, both on the job and through a professional course. You’ll start by assisting us on-site, learning the trade, and eventually taking on jobs independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with roof cleaning and treatment using soft-wash and biocide applications.
• Handle equipment and cleaning solutions safely.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Maintain a professional and respectful attitude with clients.
• Drive a van to and from job sites (once trained and confident).

Requirements

• Must live in or near SW London/Surrey – our work is based in this area.
• Must have a valid UK driving license and be comfortable driving a van.
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights.
• Hardworking, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Friendly and professional with clients and teammates.

Training & Progression

• Start as a Labourer, assisting on jobs and learning the basics.
• Full training provided, including biocide certification and professional roof cleaning techniques.
• Progress to a Roof Cleaning Technician, working independently and potentially training new hires.

Job Type: Temp to perm
Contract length: 6-12 months

Pay: From £100.00 per day
