Job Description Lead Technician

Softwash and Roof Cleaners - Full Clean UK Licence essential - Full Time Position

Your starting salary will be £24k Per Annum, Rising to £26k after 3 Months. On your 12-month anniversary with us, the basic goes up to £30k plus production bonus.

Here is what this career is:

Pc Com clean exterior surfaces mainly to houses and some commercial buildings all over Brighton ,East and west Sussex .

We are based in Brighton, East sussex.

You will start as a cleaning service technician with the goal of quickly becoming a team leader.

Once you are competent as a service technician you will be trained to team leader level and trained to manage other team members. You will be trained to properly drive a van, clean the exterior surfaces of all types of homes cleaning roofs, walls, patios & driveways.

You will be proud of your van, you love to keep it clean and tidy at all times, to show customers that you care about yourself so they know you will care about them and their property

We offer online as well as in classroom training to get you up to speed before you ever set foot on a real job site. You'll learn our culture, job site safety, customer interaction, how to upsell and get an overview of our entire system and processes. Our training is designed to help you excel and move up in our company quickly.

We will expect you to undertake a 20 hour online learning module & pass a 200 question exam before your start date in your own time.

Most trainees receive higher salaries within 4 months. If you are a top performer and a really great fit with our company, then you will be promoted quickly to team leader.

Our Team leaders earn a performance related pay structure up to £30,000 a year plus bonuses and benefits. They are VERY detail oriented. They love their jobs. They love this company. They work very hard and get to work outside every day. No matter what the weather conditions are.

You understand the importance of taking great before and after pictures each and every day.

You enjoy learning new technology and are great with mobile phone apps. You probably have a smart phone.
