JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Eligible to work in the UK
• Valid driver's license
• 1 years of customer service experience or customer interaction
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluent in English
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Confident in speaking to customers, building relationships and handling queries or issues
• Love talking and interacting with people
• Ability to complete tasks quickly and systematically

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

• In office position in East Grinstead.
• Making calls to leads
• Booking in work and organising the work calendar
• Communicate bookings to workers at the end of the day for the following day
• Using google Maps to search customer addresses to provide accurate sales estimates
• Calculating estimates and providing them to customers
• Selling roof cleaning services
• Liaising with customers on the phone and on email with queries and bookings

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
