Roof Cleaner Wanted!
The UK's largest Home Maintenance company is hiring!
We are looking for a hardworking, reliable individual to join our busy Roof Cleaning team at Ben's Gutters Ltd.
This is based in the Greater Manchester area.
You will be a self-employed sub-contractor and work will be provided year-round
We have recently expanded our service offering to Roof Cleaning and Biocide treatments across all residential properties.
Applicants must have a good head for heights and be able to work alone or in a team.
The work is challenging and you will have to work outdoors in various weather conditions. You will be a self-employed subcontractor. Every day is different with new experiences and challenges.
The successful candidate will join our growing team that carries out work all over England for a range of clients. The successful candidates will be working as part of a team.
Your job responsibility:
- Once fully trained, you will erect and dismantle mobile scaffolding to HSE requirements
-Carry out roof washes across varied and diverse terrain
- Carry out Site Risk Assessments.
- Make sure that the job is carried out to the highest standards.
- Write reports on completed jobs.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Good communication skills.
- Some experience in Site Health and Safety would be preferable.
- Some experience at working at height.
- If you have worked from ladders and Cherry pickers this would also be helpful.
-PASMA training would be an advantage but not essential.
- Full Clean manual Driving licence
Full training will be provided at our head office in Sussex for the right candidates.
