Full job description

Location: Surrey

Start date: ASAP

Pay: £33,000 per year plus bonuses

About Us

At Brolly’s Exterior Cleaning, we don’t just clean houses – we transform them. With bold branding, top-quality service, and a growing social media presence, we’re setting out to become the name people think of when they think about exterior cleaning.

We’re a young, ambitious company with big plans. We take pride in every project, and we want team members who feel the same. This isn’t just another job – it’s a chance to join a company where your work will be seen, valued, and celebrated.

The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, capable person with experience in the trades (roofing, construction, landscaping, plumbing, carpentry, ex-army, etc.) who wants to learn specialist exterior cleaning.

Exterior cleaning experience isn’t required.
If you’re practical, reliable, and used to physical, outdoor work – we’ll teach you everything else.

You’ll be working across Surrey on a wide range of projects, helping us deliver high-quality results that clients remember.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pressure washing and treating roofs, cleaning gutters, soffits, fascias & renders (full training provided).
  • Patio and driveway restoration.
  • Working safely and confidently at height on 2–3 storey homes.
  • Setting up and dismantling access and cleaning equipment (scaffold towers, poles, etc.).
  • Looking after vans, tools, and kit.
  • Communicating politely and professionally with clients and neighbours.
  • Being the face of Brolly’s – professional, customer-focused, and reliable.
  • Helping capture photos and videos for our social media.
  • Supporting your teammates as we grow.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in the trades or similar hands-on work (not an entry-level role)
  • Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all UK weather
  • Confident working at height (scaffold towers, harnesses, etc.)
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Based in or near Surrey - you will be driving yourself to site each day.
  • Comfortable being on camera (or at least open to it!)
  • A satisfactory Enhanced DBS check is required for this role.

Pay & Benefits

£33,000 per year

Bonuses for: Jobs completed on time to Brolly’s level of excellence & Five-star client reviews

Hours will depend a lot on time of year and sunlight available but typically on site from 8am - 4pm

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay with opportunities to progress
  • All PPE and equipment provided
  • Consistent work with a supportive team
  • The chance to build a career in a specialist, in-demand trade

What We Don’t Want

If you hate early starts, don’t like the outdoors, can’t stand teamwork, or shy away from a camera, this probably isn’t the role for you.

Ready to Join Us?

If this sounds like you, we’d love to have you on board. This is a really exciting opportunity to join a young, growing team, travel across Surrey, and work from our beautiful pink van that always turns heads.
