Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that residential and commercial windows are cleaned to the highest standards. This role requires a commitment to safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean windows using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring streak-free results.
• Safely operate ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment required for high-rise window cleaning it will be using the water fed pole system.
• Inspect windows for damage or issues that may require further attention.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure all equipment is properly stored after use.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs observed during cleaning visits.
• Other Exterior cleaing tasks will also be included such as patios, drives, gutters, roofs and Industrial Cladding.

Skills

• Proven experience in window cleaning or a related field is preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work at heights safely and confidently.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Good physical fitness and stamina, as the role requires standing for long periods and lifting equipment.
• A valid driving licence is essential for travelling between job sites.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques or methods in window cleaning.
• Ability to work outdoors in all seasons and varied weather conditions

Pay: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
