The Opportunity

A fantastic career opportunity in Housekeeping to be part of an exciting hotel with a global brand in Oxford.

The successful candidate will already be an EXPERIENCED Housekeeping Supervisor at present or has knowledge of supervisory duties. Most importantly you’ll be energetic, enthusiastic, and people-focused and you’ll have a keen desire to learn all the details about the hotel and how you can utilise its facilities to deliver an outstanding service.

Responsibilities:
- Schedule and assign tasks to housekeeping staff, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Respond promptly to guest requests regarding housekeeping services
- Collaborate with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations

- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and products used in a hotel setting
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Flexibility to work weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £13.47 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
