Exterior Cleaning Operative – Part Time

My Property Pros is a family-run exterior cleaning business delivering high-quality services to both residential and commercial clients.

Using state-of-the-art equipment, we offer window cleaning, roof cleaning, soft washing, jet washing, and gutter cleaning, all with over 98% of the work done with feet safely on the ground.

They are growing rapidly and seek a reliable, self-motivated, and professional person looking for a long-term career with excellent growth opportunities.

This is a part-time role (2 - 3 days) with the opportunity to increase to full time in the future. They're particularly keen to find someone stable and consistent who can build a future with them.

They currently clean in the Mid-Cornwall areas. For larger commercial and roof cleaning jobs they do also cover Devon and Somerset.

Their general working hours are between 08:00 and 17:00 (These hours may differ depending on the job and location).

What You’ll Do:

• Roof cleaning and soft washing (HSE-approved products)
• Jet washing patios, driveways, and other exterior surfaces
• Gutter clearance and cleaning
• Window cleaning (water-fed pole and traditional methods)
• Driving a company van and interacting with customers
• Collecting and updating customer details

Requirements:

• Local candidate with a full, clean driving license
• Physically fit and active – able to handle outdoor work year-round
• Hardworking and reliable with excellent timekeeping
• Friendly and approachable, with a respectful and professional attitude
• Organised, tidy, and self-motivated with good problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Flexible and adaptable with availability for holidays and busy periods
• No criminal record
