Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Roofer to join our family run business. All aspects of roofing works required to be carried out. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofs on residential and commercial buildings. This role requires a strong understanding of roofing knowledge, as well as the ability to work safely at heights.

Candidate must maintain a polite, friendly and professional demeanor with customers at all times, advising and identifying and issues that arise during roofing projects.

Duties required
- Install, repair, and replace full slate, tiles on all roof types, as well as routine repairs & maintenance.
- Installing built-up roofing systems.
- Installing and maintaining UPVC roofline products & guttering systems.
- Gutter & Downpipe cleaning and replacements.
- Conduct inspections of roofs to identify issues or areas needing repair to make sure roof is in excellent condition.
- Ensuring all roofing work is completed to the highest standards and satisfaction.
- Performing lead work on chimneys or any other areas requiring lead flashing.
- Stripping down chimneys , replace and repairing.
- Maintenance repairs & refurbishments

- Newbuild Installations

- Plastering / render knowledge would be an advantage.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Roofer or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and techniques.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
