Roof Cleaning jobs in Prestwick

Morris Equestrian Centre are looking for a friendly and hard-working Handyman/Woman , with a flexible approach, to join our small team.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Providing day to day maintenance and upkeep of our properties.
• Assisting clients to resolve any issues they have within our properties.
• Assisting with Health & Safety compliance checks.
• Liaising with contractors to arrange any necessary repairs.
• Operating CCTV system, as required.
• Dealing with phone calls and in-person/email
• Clearing out empty units
• Small joiner works - fixing door closers – changing toilet seats -changing lock batters
• Clearing blocked drainage manholes – jet washing main building clean
• Cleaning box gutter to roof general roof maintenance
• Fresh coat of paint to unit walls & ceiling
• Offloading deliveries with forklift for clients (forklift ticket shall be arranged )

Skills/Experience Required:

• Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a friendly and helpful approach to clients.
• A full driving licence is required.
• Show flexibility to meet operational needs with a proactive mindset.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
