** This is a MOBILE position, a driving licence is essential, and you must be willing to travel approximately 1hr from the office each day (paid) **

The Role:

Once training is complete, you will work either alone or as part of a team in a fully equipped company window cleaning vehicle providing services to homes and businesses conducting several appointments a day across Dorset, Wiltshire and Somerset area.

Some of the services you will be trained in and providing are:

Window cleaning (internal and external)

Pressure Washing

SoftWashing

Guttering, clearing and cleaning

Facia, Soffit cleaning

Conservatory and roof cleaning

Flexibility with hours, as we look to have CORE hours from 6.30 or 7 am each weekday. The day finishes when the appointments are completed, and the site is tidy so that you can be paid for up to 2 additional hours a day.

Average Days & Hours: (Flexibility is Essential!)

Monday to Friday (head office) 6.30 am - 2:30 pm

Total of 7.5 paid hours per day, with the opportunity for an additional 2 hours to 4.30 pm.

Travel time is paid per day and included (hence the 6.30 am start); expectation is that you will be onsite at the location by 7.30 am and ready to start work.

HOWEVER- Due to the nature of our business clients do require some early mornings/evenings and overnight cleans (Extremely rarely) - overtime will be paid for additional hours and necessary rest times are provided but flexibility is a must for this role.

While we endeavour to keep to our standard hours as much as possible, we are a business that offers a service to other businesses and at times need to be flexible around their operating hours.

Applicants will need to be:

Reliable and responsible with a flexible and adaptable approach

Hands-on with the confidence to use tools and equipment.

Polite and respectful to colleagues and customers

Being punctual and being on time is very important in our business

Work independently using initiative and able to self-motivate at times

Good attention to detail to maintain high standards at all times

Good verbal and written communication skills

Able to take instructions, follow them through, and fully deliver

Deal with requests promptly and courteously

Respect their tools, as equipment will need to be cleaned, maintained, and stored correctly, including the company van
