We are pleased to share an opportunity for someone to join the team, as an External Multi-Skilled Operative working in our Repairs and Voids Team.

Salary: £32,021.58

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, 08:00-17:00 Monday - Thursday, 08:00-14:30 Fridays.

Location: Bury St Edmunds, Mildenhall, Cambridge and surrounding areas.

Please note that you will be required to drive to multiple different places of work. A company vehicle, tools, and uniform will be provided.

In this role of External Multi, you will perform a range of external multi-trade and associated tasks such as (but not restricted to) the list below:

- Repairs, maintenance and renewal of all types of fencing (including concrete/timber posts and gravel boards)

- Footways, brickwork, blockwork

- Drainage plus minor roof repairs and repair works to all window fittings.

- Cleaning of mould if present

- Carry out Void Clearance and flood repairs

- Identify and arrange the removal of asbestos

Our ideal candidate will have a full trade apprenticeship or NVQ level 2 within a relevant trade or a proven track record to reflect the appropriate trade experience as an external multi such as repairs, maintenance and renewal of fencing, groundwork, brick and blockwork and ideally a digger license but this is not essential.

You will need to have a full driving licence and be willing to take part in the out-of-hours rota which may include some public holidays.
