Full job description

SUMMIT is looking for a motivated, professional Window Cleaner to join the team full time.

Ideally we are looking for someone with Window cleaning experience but training can be provided. Although 90% of our work is Water Fed pole method, Its essential that you are capable of climbing ladders and have traditional WC skills mostly for internal cleaning. We will need you to check gutters after debris clears and possibly do minor fixes, training will be given but a high level of competency with heights is expected.

A typical day would be cleaning windows by 9am, finish by 5pm. Driving one of the SUMMIT vans which are signed up and setup for Water fed pole Window cleaning. Some ladder work required. Mostly domestic jobs (Lots of chats and cups of tea). Following a pre-scheduled and contacted digital worksheet downloaded onto a phone. The individual would be responsable for driving a SUMMIT van, completing each job to a high level of customer satisfaction. Posting invoice cards, taking payments (Cash and Card reader). In general the individual would be working on their own but sometimes with another person in the van. Mostly Mon-Fri but sometimes we might shedule a commercial job for a saturday (optional).

We have customers in Wokingham & surrounding areas, Bracknell, Maidenhead and Burnham.

Mostly Window cleaning but we would also expect individuals to be able to clear gutters of debris, Pressure wash driveways and wash down soffits and fascias. Training will be provided in any of these areas if not competant. SUMMIT also cleans moss from roofs so any experience in that field will be a bonus :)

All equipment provided. Training when necessary.

The individual would be self-employed. Day rate pay, determined / negotiable by experience and skill level.
