Job description

Industrial Maintenance Cleaners are required for national contracts throughout the UK from our Bromsgrove location. The work is physically demanding, with some out-of-hours work required, but for those with a good work ethic and excellent customer service skills, there are great rewards from a company that genuinely cares for its employees.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: -

· Jet-washing/ steam-cleaning of car parks and walkways

· Jet-washing/ steam-cleaning of cladding, canopies and fascia’s

· Roof and gutter cleans

· Graffiti/ waste removal

· Refurbishment/ Site clearances

· Willing to work away from home at least one week/ one weekend per month

Preferably working in a similar role within the Industrial Cleaning sector, you will ideally possess the following experience: -

· Health and safety awareness

· Excellent customer service skills

· Full driving license (7.5-tonne licence preferred)

· CSCS (preferred)

· IPAF (preferred)

· One year’s Industrial cleaning experience (preferred)

· Strong attention to detail

• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekend availability
