Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plastering and related construction skills, with the ability to work on various projects, including residential and commercial buildings. The Plasterer will be responsible for applying plaster, rendering, and finishing surfaces to achieve a smooth and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for plaster application by cleaning and repairing as necessary.
• Mix plaster and other materials according to specifications.
• Apply plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces using appropriate techniques.
• Finish plastered surfaces to ensure a smooth and even texture.

• Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively during the plastering process.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment throughout the project duration.
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Plasterer or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to plastering tasks.
• Knowledge of masonry techniques is advantageous.
• Familiarity with welding processes is a plus.
• Ability to work at heights, including roofs, when necessary.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
