Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated meticulous Window Cleaner to join our team in Maidstone, Kent. The role requires attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service, which includes:

Previous experience as a window cleaner using water fed pole and gutter vacuum is preferred but not essential as full training is provided.

Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing

Valid full and clean driving licence is essential

Aged 25+ years for van insurance purposes

Strong attention to detail

The ability to work independently or as part of a team

Responsibilities:- Clean windows, frames, and sills to a high standard- Use appropriate cleaning solutions and tools to achieve spotless results- Work efficiently and safely. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements. Drive to different locations to perform cleaning duties. Provide excellent customer service throughout all interactions.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
  • All allocated jobs for the day must be completed.
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus Scheme after successful completion of probationary period

The right candidate will have use of a company van with all equipment and will be required to complete all scheduled jobs for the day.

Expected start date: Immediate start subject to completion of training.

Pay: £100.00-£125.00 per day
