We're seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team as an External Cleaning Operative. This hands-on role involves providing a range of professional cleaning services to our valued customers across the region.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (occasional weekends may be required)Salary: Competitive pay based on experience (£14 - £18 per hour) plus Benefits: 4 weeks paid holiday plus statutory holidays, company uniform, ongoing training, and career progression opportunities

Main Responsibilities

• Performing professional gutter cleaning services using specialist equipment
• Conducting thorough roof cleaning treatments including moss removal and biocide application
• Cleaning patios, driveways, and exterior surfaces to the highest standards
• Setting up and operating specialised cleaning equipment
• Ensuring all work areas are left clean and tidy
• Maintaining excellent customer communication throughout service delivery
• Completing job documentation and before/after photography
• Identifying additional service opportunities for existing customers

Essential Requirements

• Full UK driving license with minimal points
• Physically fit and comfortable working at height
• Excellent customer service skills and professional appearance
• Strong communication abilities and friendly, approachable manner
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Problem-solving skills and practical thinking
• Attention to detail and pride in your work
• Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Desirable Qualifications

• Previous experience in exterior cleaning or similar trade
• IPAF, PASMA or similar access equipment training
• Knowledge of COSHH regulations
• Experience with pressure washing equipment
• Basic understanding of building maintenance
