About Us

RMC Ltd is a growing roofing and property maintenance company based in North Yorkshire, working predominantly across the North East.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, we're looking for an experienced, reliable roofer to join our team.

We have plenty of work available and are looking for someone who takes pride in doing a proper job, turns up when expected and can work confidently both independently and as part of a team.

The Role

The work will mainly involve planned and reactive roof maintenance, including:

• General roof repairs and maintenance
• Commercial and domestic roofing works
• Gutter repairs, cleaning and relining
• Leak investigations and remedial works
• Slate, tile, ridge and flashing repairs
• Roof inspections and preventative maintenance
• Working safely at height and following site procedures

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in roofing repairs and maintenance
• Good practical knowledge of different roofing systems
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work to a high standard
• Able to identify roofing defects and carry out effective repairs
• Comfortable working independently and using initiative
• Full UK driving licence essential
• Good attitude towards health and safety
• IPAF, PASMA, CSCS or working-at-height qualifications advantageous
