Job Title:

Experienced Roofers – Pitched, Flat & Metal Roofing

Overview:

We are seeking respectful, reliable, and hardworking Roofers to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will take pride in their work, maintain a professional attitude on every job, and deliver high-quality results across all aspects of roofing. Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Carry out roofing work on pitched, flat, and metal roofing systems to a high standard.
  • Install, repair, and maintain roofs in line with project specifications and safety standards.
  • Identify and fix leaks, replace damaged materials, and ensure roofs are watertight.
  • Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team on residential and commercial projects.
  • Maintain a clean and safe worksite at all times.
  • Follow company policies, health & safety guidelines, and industry best practices.
  • Communicate respectfully with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in roofing (pitched, flat, or metal).
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to quality.
  • A “can do” attitude — willing to tackle challenges and learn new skills.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
  • Full driving licence and reliable transport (preferred).
  • Valid CSCS card or equivalent (advantageous).
