Job Opportunity: Experienced Fitter - Frameless Glass Installation

We are looking for an Experienced Fitter to join our dynamic team, specializing in frameless glass installation. Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately interpret and follow detailed installation sheets and technical drawings
• Perform high-quality frameless glass installations using power tools and hand tools
• Manage and oversee site preparations, ensuring all materials and tools are ready and in good condition
• Coordinate and process deliveries, ensuring products meet our strict quality standards before installation
• Provide regular updates to the operations manager on project progress
• Ensure projects are completed on time, including working overtime if necessary
• Lead by example, managing junior installers or apprentices when required

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in frameless glass installation or similar trade (required)
• High level of proficiency in using power tools and hand tools specific to glass installation
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and precision in workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
• Availability to work overtime and weekends as required to meet project deadlines
• A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of health and safety on site

Requirements:

• Valid UK Driving Licence (required)
• Proficiency in English (required)
• Right to work in the United Kingdom (required)

Salary & Benefits:

• Career progression opportunities with a salary range of £35,000 - £40,000

Qualifications
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
