Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Roofing Contract Manager to join our clients team. In this role you will manage and coordinate various building contracts to clients’ requirements, including responsibility and consideration for safety, quality and financial profitability.

The successful candidate will have experience dealing with local authorities and private clients, specifically roofing contracts

Primary Responsibilities:

Procure and maintain profitable contracts

• Procure new contracts through networking and relationship management.
• Ensure all new contracts set out clear expectations, financial viability and are agreed prior to mobilisation.
• Manage and maintain contract specific labour and material costs to agreed budget & standard.
• Maintain supply chain and trade account relationships to negotiate preferred rates.
• Identify potential cost risks to contract from external factors.

Health & Safety Compliance

• Ensure site Health and Safety assessments are carried out and operatives are compliant throughout the course of each program.
• Determine and distribute project specific Risk Assessment Method Statements in conjunction with Health and Safety advisor.
• Communicate regular toolbox talks, updating the team with changing regulations and requirements from different clientele.
• Conduct regular health and safety site audits.

Customer Service Delivery

• Create and maintain professional relationships with clients across all contracts.
• Coordinate and attend regular meetings with all stakeholders to monitor contract progress.
• Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
• Handle both written and telephone enquiries from a variety of stakeholders in a professional and efficient manner.

Managerial Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong leadership and develop positive working relations.
• Ensure training needs are identified and met.
• Carry out such other duties as are consistent with the job-holder’s knowledge and skills and are necessary for the satisfactory completion of contracts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
