Roofer / Multi-Trade Operative

Join Bell – one of the UK's leading property services contractors.

Bell is looking for an experienced Roofer with Multi-Trade experience to join our growing team delivering planned and responsive maintenance works across London and the South Coast. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business that values quality workmanship, safety and customer service.

Working within occupied and void properties, you'll carry out a wide range of roofing repairs and maintenance, while also undertaking general multi-trade works to support our contracts.

What you'll be doing

  • Carrying out roofing repairs and maintenance on domestic properties.
  • Diagnosing roofing defects and completing repairs to a high standard.
  • Undertaking a variety of multi-trade repairs as required.
  • Working in occupied and void properties while providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintaining safe working practices and complying with all health and safety requirements.

Essential Criteria

  • 5 years' proven experience as a Roofer.
  • Experience carrying out roofing repairs and maintenance.
  • 3 years' Multi-trade experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Desirable Criteria

  • Relevant roofing qualifications
