Position: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Netherland

Start : 4th January

Pay: 80.000 Euros - 120.000 Euros

LabourBase Solutions is currently recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work with one of our clients delivering roofing and cladding project in Netherland.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced QS with strong commercial knowledge to join a growing business working on a range of construction projects across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets and valuations.
  • Manage project costs from tender stage through to final account.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and project teams.
  • Prepare and review contracts and procurement packages.
  • Monitor project profitability and overall commercial performance.
  • Assist with cost control, forecasting and reporting throughout projects.
  • Ensure projects remain commercially successful while meeting contractual requirements.

Requirements

  • Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Experience within roofing, cladding or a related construction sector would be advantageous.
  • Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification would be beneficial.
