Overview

Join our dynamic construction team as a Roofer and bring expert craftsmanship to every project! In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Your skills will ensure that structures are weatherproof, durable, and built to the highest standards. Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret roofing job sheets to guide installation and repairs
  • Use hand tools, power tools, hot air welding equipment, and fabrication techniques to cut, shape, and install roofing materials
  • Perform heavy lifting of roofing materials and equipment safely and efficiently on job sites
  • Apply roofing materials such as shingles, metal panels, membranes, or tiles with precision and attention to detail
  • Conduct inspections to identify issues with existing roofs and execute repairs or replacements accordingly
  • Collaborate with team members on site safety protocols, ensuring compliance with construction standards and safety regulations

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in roofing or related construction fields with a strong understanding of roofing systems
  • Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, hot air welding equipment, and fabrication techniques
  • Knowledge of masonry, carpentry, plumbing or heavy lifting is a plus for versatile project support
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
  • Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and extended periods of standing or climbing
  • Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques
