Kempton Installations is fast becoming the go to roofing company for roof installations and repairs in The Black Country and Birmingham areas. In short, we help our customers solve their roofing issues!

We've helped over 7000 customers + over the last 9 years, from emergency repairs to full roof installations.

We’ve just purchased our new HQ offices that we will be moving into this year, where our customers can pop in for a cuppa and discuss the wonderful world of roofing, but we need HELP with the high demand of enquiries and that’s where you come in!

• We just need you!

We're building a two-person field sales team who will travel around the Black Country and Birmingham to show off our slick roofing solutions to prospects who are looking for a quality roofing company.

We've done the maths... and on target earnings for this role are £64,000+
With NO CAP on commissions (more on this later!).

Your 'Hot List' of prospects includes many of existing, paying customers who LOVE us. We have a crash hot marketing strategy, so new prospects should be putty in your hands. So there's your first 100 sales, in the bag!*

*ok, not literally in the bag... you will need to talk to these people first, but it should be super simple really!

PLUS: you'll have our in-house marketing team working tirelessly to book in scheduled appointments with ideal prospects for you.

Let's Talk Money:

In addition to a base salary of £40,000 per year - you'll earn a crisp £50 per sale you make in direct commission. With no limits or restrictions.

We work Monday - Friday, first appointment will be at between 8am-9am
If you did 6 visits per day...
You'd likely close at least 2, if you’re good 3, if you’re extra special 4...
Based on 2 sales per day, which would be 40 sales per month...
Or £2000 in commission...
Plus your base salary...
So we'd expect you to be earning at least £5,333/month (£64,000/year) - with plenty of room for growth!

WHAT YOUR TYPICAL DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:

7:30am: Cruise into Kempton HQ.
7:35am: Chit Chat & coffee with the staff .
7:45am: Log on, clear that inbox and respond to replies from prospects & call the first customer to let them know you’ll be on your way soon.
7.50am: Catch up with the Marketing team
7:55am: Get on the road to visit that first prospect!
8:00-9am: First prospect meeting
9:30am: Process your first sale of the day (Ker-ching!)
9:50am: Bathroom Break (you can do this whenever you want this is just an example!!)
10am: Another prospect meeting!
10:30am: Send follow-up info to your last prospect.
11:00am: 3rd prospect meeting, now we’re flying!

12:00pm: LUNCH, pull over and chill
12:30pm: Enjoy the picturesque Black Country and Birmingham
1:00pm: Prospect meeting again! 4th of the day.
1:02pm: Be sure to call each prospect before you visit to give them the heads up.
2:pm: Process your secondcustomer (Ker-ching!)
2:15pm: Bathroom Break! (again... no pressure to schedule these!!)
2:30pm: 5th prospect meeting, could this be the 3rd sale?
3:pm: 6th prospect meeting, this one is usually local to the HQ
4:00pm: Chase your follow-up list...Quick phone call into the office for a catch up, see how many conversions came in, 6/6 we hope! *every day will be different and you'll be in charge/responsible for your schedule :)

We're looking for someone who can be in-situ and hit the ground running from the start of August

Although the team here is almost 24+ strong, you'd be one of two founding members of this sales team, focussed exclusively on our field sales. But you're not on your own... you'll be a major part of our marketing and sales team and be involved in weekly meetings to ensure we are on track and providing a world class service.
