Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and skilled Cladders, Joiners, and Semi-Skilled Joiners to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in fabricating, assembling, and installing various cladding and joinery components across diverse projects. Your expertise will help bring building visions to life, ensuring precision, safety, and quality at every stage. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills within a vibrant construction environment while contributing to high-profile projects that make a real impact.

Responsibilities

  • Measure, cut, and shape materials using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to meet project specifications.
  • Assemble and install cladding panels, joinery elements, roofing components, and other building finishes with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Use carpentry and joinery techniques to create durable fixtures and fittings for various structures.
  • Assist with heavy lifting and material handling to ensure efficient workflow on-site while maintaining safety standards.
  • Follow detailed instructions from project managers or supervisors to ensure quality control throughout the installation process.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment by properly storing tools and materials after each task.

Skills

  • Proficiency in fabrication techniques and assembly processes for building components.
  • Skilled in the use of hand tools such as chisels, saws, hammers, screwdrivers, as well as power tools including drills and saws.
  • Strong carpentry and joinery skills with an understanding of construction principles.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Good communication skills with a proactive attitude towards teamwork on busy construction sites.
  • CSCS card and driving license essential
  • Ipaf would be advantage.

This is a sub contract position with weekly pay every Friday.

Pay: £170.00-£200.00 per day
