    • This role is ideal for someone with expertise in two primary trades, including:
    • Carry out high-quality roofing installations, repairs and maintenance.
    • Leading to Full-Time Employment for the Right Candidates*.
    • Pricing commercial roofing projects, including flat roofing membranes, liquid-applied systems, felt and pitched tiled roofs.
    • Strong commercial experience within façade, cladding, roofing or the wider external envelope sector.
    • Fareham-based office with flexible working.
    • Knowledge of current roofing standards, including BS 5534 and BS 8000.
    • Manufacturer-approved roofing system training (e.g., Bauder, IKO, Sika, Marley, Redland).
    • Heritage roofing techniques and restoration.
    • Complex pitched roofing, traditional tiling and natural slating.
    • Self-Employed / CIS Registered – Weekly Pay*.
    • No previous roofing experience required.
    • Year 1 focuses on core roofing skills, site practice and foundational knowledge.
