About the Role

Flair Group are currently seeking two experienced Roofers to join our client’s growing construction team. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established business with ambitious growth plans and a strong pipeline of ongoing work.

The successful candidates will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems across a variety of residential and commercial projects. The role requires high-quality workmanship, reliability, and a strong commitment to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and maintain various roofing systems
  • Work with single ply, felt, slate, and tiled roofing materials
  • Carry out roofing inspections and identify repair requirements
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and site teams
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe working condition
  • Travel to different project locations as required
