this is a 1-2 week job position We are seeking a skilled and motivated Experienced Roofer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various roofing systems with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will ensure that each project meets safety standards, quality expectations, and is completed on time. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse roofing projects, utilizing your technical skills and construction knowledge to deliver outstanding results.

Responsibilities

  • Use hand tools, power tools, equipment, and fabrication techniques to cut, shape, and install roofing materials effectively
  • Prepare surfaces by performing masonry or carpentry tasks as needed to ensure proper roofing foundation and support
  • Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to facilitate efficient project progression
  • Install various roofing systems including shingles, metal roofs, flat roofs, or membrane roofing with attention to detail
  • Perform routine inspections of completed work to ensure durability, weather resistance, and adherence to safety standards

Experience

  • Proven construction experience with a focus on roofing projects
  • Strong knowledge of roofing techniques, materials, and safety protocols
  • Skilled in reading schematics and technical drawings for precise installation
  • Familiarity with the use of hand tools and power tools in a construction environment
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
