  • Monitor progress, quality and H&S.
  • Identify problems early and implement practical solutions.
  • Drive right-first-time quality and control remedials.
  • Coordinate site readiness and materials.

  • Experience managing tradespeople or subcontractors.
  • Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities independently.
  • Valid CSCS card and full UK driving licence.
  • Good practical H&S knowledge.
  • Good IT, organisation and communication skills.
  • Comfortable travelling between multiple sites every day.
  • SSSTS/SMSTS preferred; training can be provided for an otherwise exceptional candidate.

What We Offer

£45,000–£52,000, company van or agreed vehicle/mileage arrangement, mobile phone, Pension, considerable autonomy and support from an experienced Operations Manager and established team.

Dukeries Roofing Services Ltd has been established since 1974.

If you're a strong construction supervisor looking for genuine responsibility and a long-term position, we'd like to hear from you — even if your previous experience isn't specifically in roofing.
