EXPERIENCED ROOFER – £180 - £220 PER DAY

AJCS Roofing Ltd is a rapidly growing roofing contractor based in Loughborough, working across residential and commercial projects throughout the East Midlands.

We're building a team of highly skilled, reliable roofers who take genuine pride in their work.

This position is for experienced roofers only.

If you're confident across multiple roofing systems, can turn up to a job and know exactly what needs doing, work to a high standard and take responsibility for your workmanship, we'd like to hear from you.

THE ROLE

You'll work across a wide range of roofing projects including:

• Full re-roofs
• Roof repairs and maintenance
• Pitched roofing
• Tiling
• Natural and artificial slate
• Flat roofing
• Felt roofing systems
• EPDM rubber roofing
• Fascias, soffits and guttering
• Leadwork and associated roofing works
• Residential projects
• Commercial roofing projects

We're particularly interested in all-round roofers who are comfortable completing different types of work rather than specialising in just one area.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Essential:

• Minimum 5 years' proven roofing experience
• Excellent knowledge of pitched roofing
• Experience with flat roofing systems
• Confident with tiles and slate
• Experience with re-roofing
• Experience with fascias, soffits and guttering
• High standard of workmanship
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work independently when required
• Able to work effectively with a labourer/improver
• Good attitude and professional around customers
• Full UK driving licence preferred

Own roofing tools would be highly beneficial.

• £180 - £220 per day depending on experience and ability

• 8:00am starts
• Weekend overtime available when required
• Local work – generally within approximately 45 minutes of our Loughborough office

We're also happy to receive applications from an established two-man team, such as an experienced roofer with their own roofer, improver or labourer.

HOURS

Monday–Friday
8:00am start

Weekend work may occasionally be available/required and will be paid as additional overtime.

PAY

£180 - £220 per day

Final rate will depend on experience, skill level and ability.

Higher rates are reserved for roofers who can demonstrate excellent all-round roofing knowledge, consistently high-quality workmanship and the ability to take responsibility for projects.
