Job Summary
As a Roofing Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate the day to day activities of roofing operatives and You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Carrying out Quality checks on all Roofing works on multiple site locations.

Health and safety audit checks on site to meet health and safety guidelines.

Manage planned works and prepare sites for start dates

Duties
- Manage and supervise a team of skilled workers such as roofers
- Provide guidance on all roofing works to all operatives
- Oversee the fabrication and installation of Roof structures
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Conduct quality checks on completed work
- Coordinate with other clients to meet project deadlines

Qualifications
- Experience in roofing and other skilled trades
- Ability to lift heavy objects when necessary
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the construction industry
