EXPERIENCED ROOFERS & LOFT INSULATION INSTALLERS

Permanent Position | Weekly or Monthly Pay | Van, Fuel & Tools Provided

First Stop Home Improvements Ltd is looking for reliable and experienced roofers and loft insulation installers to join our installation team.

We have a consistent workload covering loft insulation, loft boarding, spray foam removal and roofing remedial works.

SALARY paid weekly or monthly.

Labourer / Loft Insulation Installer – £600 per week or £2,400 per month

Experienced Roofer / Lead Installer – £750 per week or £3,000 per month

For established teams who consistently demonstrate reliability, good attendance, high-quality workmanship and strong performance, the Company may, at its discretion, provide payment for scheduled working days where no job is available.

This is a discretionary Company benefit and is not guaranteed or an automatic entitlement. Any such payment will be considered by management based on individual/team performance, reliability, availability for work and the circumstances at the time.

This is designed to provide our installers with the security of regular, reliable weekly/ monthly income, rather than being paid only when individual jobs are available.

In addition to the standard pay, installers will also have the opportunity to earn additional installation/performance bonuses.

For the right team, this provides an opportunity to earn above the standard weekly/monthly pay through consistently high-quality work and performance.

TYPE OF WORK

You will be carrying out a range of loft and roofing works, including:

  • SuperQuilt / multifoil insulation
  • Earthwool insulation
  • Loft insulation removal and replacement
  • Spray foam insulation removal
  • Loft boarding and raised boarding
  • Loft preparation and clearance
  • Roof tile and slate repairs
  • Felt and membrane remedial works
  • General roofing repairs and remedial works

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

For the Roofer position, you must have genuine roofing experience and be capable of carrying out roofing remedial works independently.

For the Labourer / Installer position, previous insulation, loft, construction or roofing experience is highly desirable.

You must be:

The office takes care of booking and organising the work. Your job is to turn up, complete the installation properly, deal professionally with the customer and leave the job to a high standard.
