About Us
Radiant Roofing is a growing, award-winning roofing company based in Crowborough, working across East Sussex and Kent. We cover residential, commercial and new build projects, specialising in flat roofing (GRP, felt and more), pitched roofing and leadwork. We recently won an award for our GRP work, and we're looking for someone who shares our standards.

Please note: applicants must be based in or around Crowborough, Tunbridge Wells or the surrounding areas.

The Role
We're hiring an experienced Site Lead to run sites and lead a team of 2 to 6 roofers. You'll be hands on, installing, repairing and maintaining a range of roofing systems, while making sure jobs are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

  • Run sites day to day and lead a team of 2 to 6 roofers
  • Install, repair and maintain flat and pitched roofing, including GRP, felt, tiles and slates
  • Carry out leadwork, including flashings, valleys, soakers and dressing
  • Carry out roof inspections and diagnose issues such as leaks, damage and wear
  • Complete RAMS and site paperwork
  • Liaise with clients and main contractors
  • Work safely and efficiently at height
  • Keep sites clean and organised, with tools and materials stored properly

Requirements

  • 5+ years' roofing experience
  • Strong flat roofing skills, with solid pitched roofing experience
  • Confident with leadwork
  • Experience running a site and leading a team
  • Comfortable with RAMS and site paperwork
  • Full UK driving licence and your own van
  • Comfortable working at height and in all weather conditions
