Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Roofer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various roofing systems on residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Your expertise will ensure roofs are durable, weatherproof, and built to the highest standards of safety and quality. Duties

  • Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to guide roofing projects.
  • Install roofing materials using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment with precision and efficiency.
  • Perform heavy lifting of roofing materials and equipment safely to facilitate smooth project flow.
  • Conduct welding and fabrication tasks as needed to customize roofing components or repair structures.
  • Utilize carpentry skills for framing, support structures, or modifications required during roofing projects.
  • Apply masonry, plumbing, or other specialized techniques when integrating roofs with building systems.
  • Ensure all safety protocols are followed during construction activities and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in roofing installation and repair within the construction industry.
  • Proficiency with schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings related to roofing projects.
  • Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of roofing materials, systems, and best practices for weatherproofing.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday.
  • Basic understanding of plumbing, masonry, carpentry, and other trades relevant to roofing projects is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship.
