Join our dynamic construction team as a Roofer and bring expert craftsmanship to building and maintaining high-quality roofs. In this role, you'll be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various roofing systems with precision and safety in mind. Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to determine roofing specifications and installation procedures
  • Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication techniques to cut, shape, and install roofing materials accurately
  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, removing old roofing materials, and performing necessary masonry or carpentry work to ensure proper adhesion
  • Install roofing systems including shingles, metal panels, membranes, or other specified materials following safety standards and project timelines
  • Conduct heavy lifting of roofing materials and equipment safely while adhering to ergonomic practices
  • Perform routine inspections and repairs on existing roofs to maintain integrity against weather elements
  • Collaborate with team members on site to ensure efficient workflow and quality workmanship throughout each project

Experience

  • Proven construction experience with a focus on roofing projects or related trades such as carpentry, masonry, or plumbing
  • Familiarity with schematics, technical drawings, and blueprints for accurate installation planning
  • Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication techniques necessary for roofing tasks
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining physical endurance for demanding workdays
  • Knowledge of roofing materials, installation methods, safety protocols, and building codes is highly desirable
  • Prior experience working on commercial or residential roofing projects preferred but not required
