Full job description

Full Time | £32,000 rising to £34,000 per year after successful probation.

We are looking for a skilled and highly motivated Technician to join our Installations & Remedials network. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll be ensuring all works are completed to the highest standard whilst representing SolarFrame with professionalism and care.

The role will include:

  • Signing off Installations, making sure everything is completed to the highest standard. Homes are left clean and tidy to full customer satisfaction.
  • Collecting / arranging customer payments whilst on site.
  • Carrying out remedial works from small repairs through to full replacements of UPVC & aluminium windows, doors and conservatories.
  • Additional site Support as required.
  • Following company processes and adhering to Health and Safety working practices.
  • Ensuring that any company equipment is in good working condition.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous installation or remedial experience (uPVC, Aluminium, or solid tiled roofing systems preferred). Minimum 3 years.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills.
  • Confidence working at heights and carrying out physical work.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
  • Ability to follow processes and complete accurate reports digitally.
  • Full Driving license
  • Good organisation skill with ability to managing multiple priorities

What we offer:

  • £30,000.00 per annum salary
  • Full-time contract (40 hours per week, 7:30am–4:30pm)
