Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Rope Access Technician/Steeple Jack to join our specialised team.

This role involves working at heights on various structures, including steeples, towers, and facades, ensuring maintenance, inspection, and repair tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction and experience with hand tools and power tools.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct safe access to elevated structures using specialised rope access techniques
  • Perform inspection, maintenance, repair, and cleaning of structures such as steeples, towers, and facades

  • Prepare work sites by setting up rigging and safety equipment in accordance with industry standards
  • Follow strict safety procedures to minimise risk during operations at height
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met while maintaining high safety standards
  • Document work performed and report any structural issues or hazards identified during inspections

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Rope Access Technician or Steeple Jack within the construction or maintenance industry
  • Familiarity with the use of hand tools and power tools in a professional setting
  • Knowledge of safety regulations related to working at heights and rope access techniques
  • Prior experience working on structures such as towers, steeples, or façades is preferred
  • Strong understanding of rigging practices and safety protocols for elevated work environments
