Purpose of the role:

Our exclusive clubhouse in Pall Mall is looking for an experienced, organised and detail-oriented Chef de Rang to join us in The Great Gallery.

Working with a fantastic team you will be passionate about delivering a excellent dining experience for members and guests, ensuring high levels of customer service and professionalism at all times.

Responsibilities :

• Deliver warm, engaging service through excellent communication, creating a welcoming atmosphere for members and their guests
• Ensure your section is impeccably set up to the highest standards.
• Delivering a first-class experience to members and their guests
• Ensure all orders are coded accurately, including highlighting allergens and dietary requirements
• Work seamlessly with team members and other departments to maintain smooth and efficient service.
• Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures

About you:

• Experience delivering 5* service in a similar environment
• Basic Food hygiene level 1 and 2
• Awareness of Licencing laws
• Passionate about delivering first-class customer experience
• Team player
• Able to multitask
