The successful candidate will be a proactive individual who has the ability to promote an innovative approach to problem solving and can provide high quality support and guidance to a multi-disciplinary team.

This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of vulnerable individuals in our community. If you are a compassionate and dedicated professional with a passion for helping those experiencing homelessness, we encourage you to apply.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
