We are seeking an experienced Host / Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role,possess a warm and approachable personality,and demonstrate excellent attention to detail. A committed team player who is personable with guests,this individual will play an important role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. This is a full-time role and will be reporting into the Food & Beverage Manager.

Key Responsibilities of a Host / Hostess:

• Greet guests with a friendly smile,providing accurate wait times and escorting them to the dining areas.
• Answer telephone calls and email inquiries in accordance with company standards.
• Promote and upsell all Food & Beverage outlets to guests.
• Complete administrative tasks as needed.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in a similar role,ideally within a luxury or fine dining environment.
• Excellent communication skills,and a professional,approachable demeaner.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• A team player who can also work independently when needed.
