Full job description

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the day-to-day delivery of the General Dental Council’s Overseas Registration Examination (ORE) Part 2, as delivery expands for candidates seeking registration as dentists in the UK.

We are seeking an experienced and organised administrator to join the team and play a key role in supporting the efficient delivery of the exam. The post holder will be responsible for providing comprehensive high-level support for both the Medical Emergencies and Diagnosis and Treatment Planning components of the examination.

This is an onsite role based at the Royal National ENT & Eastman Dental Hospitals, part of University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

Please note that this post does not meet the requirements for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa route.

This role would suit a proactive and organised individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in attention to detail, and is motivated to contribute to a professional and high-performing examination.

The post holder will ensure exams run smoothly and efficiently, maintaining accurate records, managing queries, and supporting quality assurance processes that enhance the overall candidate and examiner experience.

You will be involved in coordinating exam logistics, preparing materials and schedules, and acting as a key point of contact for candidates, examiners, and stakeholders.
