We are looking for a full time Food Runner to work in one of their most iconic venues in Central London, this is the stunning restaurant, situated inside the world famous Fitzrovia district.
Full time (45hrs per week)
£28.800 per year plus generous Tronc (DOE)

Job Description
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
- Deliver exceptional service by crafting memorable dining experiences with prompt and professional attention.
- Being knowledgeable about the menu and making recommendations to our guests
- Representing and maintaining a positive brand image
- Follow departmental standard operating procedures to maintain high service standards.
- Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
- Complying with Health & Safety regulations
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in food orders and presentation
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry heavy trays
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and friendly approach to provide excellent customer service
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Teamwork skills to collaborate with other staff members and maintain a harmonious work environment
