CNM (College of Naturopathic Medicine) is an award winning, leading training provider for natural medicine with 11 colleges in the UK, Ireland and Dubai. The college has been operational for over 25 years with a large educational facility in London and its headquarters in East Grinstead. CNM is driven by its mission to change lives through education in natural health.

About the job

You will play a vital role in helping people to start a meaningful career as natural health practitioner. You’ll be responding to warm leads, engaging with prospective students, and guiding them toward enrolling in CNM’s life-changing courses in naturopathy, nutrition, herbal medicine, acupuncture, and more. You can work from East Grinstead (Head Office) or London (Percy Circus).

At CNM (College of Naturopathic Medicine), we help people change their lives through education. Every day, motivated adults contact us because they’re ready to build a new career in natural health — and we’re looking for a consultative Course Consultant / Student Enrolment Advisor to guide them from interest to enrolment.

This is not cold calling. You’ll speak with warm inbound enquiries from people who already want to study — your role is to listen, understand their goals, answer their questions, and help them make confident decisions.

The Role

This is a results-focused consultative sales role responsible for converting Russian speaking enquiries into enrolled students. You will manage your own pipeline of prospective students and take ownership of your enrolment results.

Success in this role comes from strong communication, organised pipeline management, and consistent follow-up.

Sales Executives at CNM operate in a performance-driven sales environment.

You will be trusted to manage your own pipeline and take responsibility for achieving enrolment outcomes.

Rewards & Recognition

  • OTE £30,000 - £35,000 in your first year, increasing to £40,000 - £45,000 (£25,000 base + uncapped commission + performance bonuses)
