  • Supporting the ownership and maintenance of SAP IT General Controls (ITGCs), including coordinating evidence collection, maintaining control records and ensuring assigned controls are audit-ready.
  • Maintaining the SAP CoE documentation library, ensuring process documentation, interface documentation and support materials are accurate, version controlled and reviewed on time.
  • Identifying documentation gaps and coordinating subject-matter experts to produce documentation to agreed standards.
  • Facilitating System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activity by coordinating stakeholders, maintaining test plans and trackers, monitoring progress and organising test evidence.
  • Supporting the escalation of programme-level testing blockers, risks, actions and dependencies through the appropriate governance channels.
  • Maintaining RAID logs, governance trackers, status reports and governance packs across SAP initiatives.
  • Supporting agreed process-mapping activity to help translate business requirements for technical teams, working within the established PMO framework.
  • Working closely with Business Analysts, IT, Finance and wider stakeholders to ensure SAP changes, governance outputs and documentation are delivered accurately and on time.

This list is not exhaustive and may be added to or amended from time to time.

What we’re looking for:

  • Basic working knowledge of SAP systems, with awareness of core modules such as FI, MM, SD or HCM.
  • Experience maintaining controlled documentation, including SOPs, process maps, governance documentation or version-controlled records.
  • Exposure to SIT and/or UAT coordination, including test planning, stakeholder coordination, progress tracking or test evidence management.
  • Awareness of IT General Controls (ITGCs), internal controls, audit evidence or compliance requirements.
  • Experience maintaining trackers, RAID logs, action logs, reports or governance packs.
