Job Overview:
We are seeking highly skilled ERP Change Managers/Analysts to join our team as associates. The ERP Change Managers/Analsysts will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of changes associated with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system within our clients' organizations. This role requires extensive experience in change management methodologies, particularly within ERP environments. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth transition and adoption of ERP system changes across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Change Management Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to facilitate the successful adoption of ERP system changes. This includes defining objectives, stakeholder analysis, communication plans, training programs, and resistance management strategies.

2. Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders across all levels of the organization to ensure their buy-in and support for ERP system changes. Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to effectively communicate the benefits and impacts of proposed changes.

3. Change Impact Assessment: Conduct thorough impact assessments to understand the implications of ERP system changes on business processes, systems, and personnel. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.

4. Communication Planning and Execution: Develop clear and effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed throughout the change process. This includes preparing communication materials, conducting meetings, and addressing concerns and questions from stakeholders.

5. Training and Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver training programs tailored to the needs of end-users. Ensure that employees receive adequate training and support to effectively utilize the new ERP system.

6. Change Implementation Support: Provide hands-on support during the implementation phase of ERP system changes. Work closely with project teams to address issues, manage resistance, and ensure that the change management plan is executed successfully.

7. Performance Monitoring and Evaluation: Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of change management initiatives. Monitor progress, gather feedback, and make adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

8. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of change management activities, including plans, progress reports, and lessons learned. Prepare regular reports for project stakeholders and senior management to provide updates on the status of ERP system changes.

Qualifications

- Proven experience at least 5 years in change management roles, with a focus on ERP system implementations.

- In-depth knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

- Strong understanding of ERP systems and their impact on business processes.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive change management plans in complex organizational environments.

- Experience in training design and delivery, preferably related to ERP systems.

- Project management skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address potential challenges.

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field (preferred).

- Change Management qualfication preferred

Contract Details:

- Duration: 6- 12 months

- Rate: £500 - £650 per day

- Location: Various Hybrid
