Job Description
The responsibilities for the Content Marketing Manager will include:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies
- Ownership of social media platforms and manage content creation
- Creation of varied content from graphics, to video content, and long form written content.
- Monitor performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
- Identify trends and insights, optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
The Successful Applicant
A successful Content Marketing Manager should have:
- Degree in Marketing or a related field
- Experience with creative marketing software including Adobe Creative Suite.
- 2+ years experience in a creative content role.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Experience in SEO best practices.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
