Job Description

The responsibilities for the Content Marketing Manager will include:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies
  • Ownership of social media platforms and manage content creation
  • Creation of varied content from graphics, to video content, and long form written content.
  • Monitor performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
  • Identify trends and insights, optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

The Successful Applicant

A successful Content Marketing Manager should have:

  • Degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Experience with creative marketing software including Adobe Creative Suite.
  • 2+ years experience in a creative content role.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Experience in SEO best practices.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
