About Shibumi

Shibumi is a premium British fashion brand creating timeless, beautifully crafted clothing for women and men who appreciate effortless style, exceptional quality and outstanding customer service.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing function and help drive the next stage of our growth.

Salary :

Dependent on experience.

The Role

This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who understands premium fashion brands and knows how to combine creativity with commercial thinking.

You'll be responsible for developing and delivering our marketing strategy, owning the customer journey, analysing performance and ensuring every customer touchpoint reflects the Shibumi brand while delivering measurable business growth.

We are looking for someone that has the ability and vision to make a genuine impact on an ambitious independent fashion brand.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement Shibumi's overall marketing strategy.

Own and continually improve the complete customer journey, from first brand discovery through to repeat purchase and customer loyalty.

Plan and manage the annual marketing calendar, including product launches, campaigns and seasonal activity.

Create, manage and optimise Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness and sales.

Building and optimise beautiful Pinterest boards for marketing.

Monitor advertising performance, continually testing audiences, creative and messaging to maximise return on investment (ROI) and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Manage Klaviyo email marketing, including campaigns, automated flows, segmentation and customer retention.

Manage Shopify website content, merchandising and conversion optimisation.

Develop SEO, blog content and organic website traffic.

Analyse marketing performance using Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo and Meta reporting.

Produce monthly KPI reports with clear insights, recommendations and actions.

Work closely with our Brand & Customer Experience Manager to ensure a consistent brand message across every customer touchpoint.

The ability to use AI and modern marketing technology to improve productivity, support content creation and enhance marketing performance when needed.

About You

We're looking for someone who loves building brands and can demonstrate measurable commercial success through marketing.

You'll have:

Proven experience developing and delivering marketing strategies that generate business growth.

Experience working with fashion, lifestyle or premium e-commerce brands.

Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to write compelling emails, blogs and marketing content that reflects the Shibumi brand.

A strong understanding of luxury branding, customer behaviour and the complete customer journey.

An exceptional eye for premium style, aesthetics and visual storytelling.

Strong use of Photo shop / Lightroom / Adobe Suite

Strong experience managing and optimising Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.

Experience using Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics (GA4) and Meta Ads Manager.

A highly analytical mindset, with confidence interpreting data and making commercially driven decisions.

Experience setting KPIs, measuring performance and reporting on marketing results.

Confidence using AI tools to improve productivity, creativity and marketing effectiveness.

A proactive, organised and self-motivated approach.

The ability to take ownership, work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision.

A genuine enthusiasm for growing an independent premium fashion brand.

Success in This Role

Success won't be measured by how much marketing activity you produce, but by the results you deliver.

You'll be expected to drive measurable improvements in areas such as:

Revenue growth

Website conversion rate

Customer acquisition

Return on ad spend (ROAS)

Email marketing performance

Customer retention and repeat purchase rate

Customer lifetime value

Return on marketing investment (ROMI)

Why Join Shibumi?

This is an opportunity to become a key part of a growing independent British fashion brand where you'll have genuine ownership, autonomy and the chance to shape the future of our marketing.

If you're passionate about premium fashion, enjoy combining creativity with commercial thinking and want to make a measurable impact, we'd love to hear from you. Please send in an application with a cover letter telling us why you would be a great fit for this role and your experience.
