The Opportunity
Are you currently working in FMCG sales and ready to take your commercial expertise into the future of retail?
Brink’s Digital Retail Solutions (DRS) helps retailers of all sizes solve some of their most pressing challenges — from theft risk and cash handling costs to accessing working capital and improving visibility across multi‑store operations.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an ambitious Sales Representative who understands how FMCG businesses operate at store level and can translate that understanding into high‑value, solution‑led sales conversations.
If you’ve sold into retailers, chains, convenience, symbols, wholesalers, or multi‑site operators, this role is a natural next step.
What DRS Delivers to Retailers
Our DRS suite supports retailers by:
- Reducing theft risk and improving cash security

You’ll be selling solutions that directly impact profitability, operational performance, and peace of mind for retail customers.
Your Role
As a DRS Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for driving growth through new business development and account expansion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prospecting and winning new business across retail and FMCG‑led environments
- Managing a defined territory or account base
- Leading consultative sales conversations with owners, operators, and senior stakeholders
- Identifying operational pain points and positioning DRS as the solution
- Building long‑term, trusted customer relationships
- Preparing and delivering compelling proposals and presentations
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and customer satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM activity

- Full UK driving licence
