BuzzAgent is building AI agents that help local businesses win on Google Maps and retain customer via WhatsApp.
We are hiring SDRs (Sales Development Representatives) to help us grow in London.
We replace pre-AI, fragmented marketing tools with a simple system that helps businesses get more Google reviews, improve visibility, and stay connected with customers.
This is a field sales role.
You will be:
- Walking into local businesses (restaurants, cafés, barbers, gyms)
- Speaking directly with owners/managers
- Demonstrating a simple product
- Closing same-day signups (£29 product)
More specifically about our sales process:
1. Territory Prospecting & Outreach
- Approach local businesses in your assigned area (we’ll give the post code and the list, but you are welcome to add 30% from your own network/experience)
- Walk into venues, introduce BuzzAgent, and start conversations, identify owners/managers, make a 2-minute presentation, establish a follow-up thread
- Follow up via phone, WhatsApp, email and return visit.
2. Product Demo & Conversion
- Clearly explain what BuzzAgent does in under 2 minutes
- Demonstrate the product (a smart Google-WhatsApp QR plate called BuzzPad + the customer flow)
3. Activation & Setup
- Help merchants get started (QR placement, basic setup)
- Test and ensure the first reviews are generated quickly
4. Pipeline Creation
- Identify high-potential businesses for upsell (subscriptions, advanced services)
- Log and qualify opportunities for closing team
- Maintain clean CRM records and notes
If you are comfortable talking to people face-to-face and enjoy fast-paced sales, this role fits.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in B2B sales, field sales, business development, or a customer-facing B2B role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated, target-driven mindset
- Interest in technology, AI, or SaaS
